Sacred Heart Church accepts Visa & Mastercard and Electronic Transfer for monthly contributions.
 
Determine the fixed amount that you would like charged to your Visa or Mastercard or deducted from your bank account each month.
 
Download and complete the attached form and return it the Business Manager by the 30th of the month to become effective on the 5th of the following month.
 
Each month on the 5th, the Business Manager will automatically charge the submitted amount to your Visa, Mastercard, or bank account using the information provided on the authorization form.
 
You can stop, start or make changes any time before the 5th of the month.
