Sacred Heart Church accepts Electronic Transfer for monthly contributions.
• Determine the fixed amount that you would like deducted from your bank account each month.
• Download and complete the below form and return it to the Business Manager by the 30th of the month to become effective on the 5th of the following month.
• Each month on the 5th, the Business Manager will automatically charge the submitted amount to your bank account using the information provided on the authorization form.
• You can stop, start or make changes any time before the 5th of the month.
